Return Policy

At Night Wolf, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges under standard circumstances. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Exceptions (Extremely Limited)

We only consider returns under the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, unworn, and sealed in its original packaging, including all tags.

  • You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp) at nightwolfco90@gmail.com.

  • A detailed explanation, photo evidence of the issue (from multiple angles), and a copy of the original receipt are mandatory.

  • You will need to cover return shipping costs in advance unless otherwise approved in writing.

Returns sent to us without prior written authorization will be immediately rejected and destroyed.

Return Address

Returns must be shipped to the address we provide only after approval. Any shipments made to a different or unverified address will not be processed.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at nightwolfco90@gmail.com. We will assess the situation, and if a return is approved, we will provide specific packaging and courier instructions. Non-compliance may void your eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Personalized, made-to-order, or limited-edition items

  • Hygiene products, undergarments, or items marked “final sale”

  • Items exposed to smoke, pets, perfumes, or signs of handling

EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU law, customers in the European Union may cancel their order within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must meet all of our strict return conditions (untouched, sealed, and in original packaging), and the return shipping must be handled by the customer. Failure to follow instructions to the letter will result in refusal.

Refunds

Approved returns are inspected within 10–15 business days. If accepted, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 more business days. Processing times vary depending on your bank. If 25+ business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us.
