Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or new collection launches.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delays and Carrier Issues

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Night Wolf is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays or extended delivery times

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Customs clearance delays or import restrictions (international orders)

Please track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For any issues related to delivery status or delays, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Wrong Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at the time of order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, or fees are not included in our prices and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Night Wolf is not liable for customs delays or rejections.
